2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to street addresses within the continental United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia).
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska or Hawaii
U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses
International destinations outside the United States
If our shipping coverage changes in the future, we will update this page and clearly indicate any changes on our Site.
3. Order Processing Time
Standard processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully authorized.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
"Processing" includes order verification, payment confirmation, stock allocation, and packing.
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or in the event of supply or carrier disruptions.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, typical transit times for standard shipping are:
Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
These time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
Delivery location and distance from our fulfillment center
Carrier workload and routing
Weather conditions and other events outside our control
We do not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated as part of a specific, time-limited promotion.
5. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reputable parcel services.
The specific carrier and service may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
In most cases, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
6. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping rates apply as follows:
Orders under $88: A flat shipping fee of $7.00 applies.
Orders of $88 or more: Standard shipping is FREE.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
7. Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Sales tax may be collected at checkout where required by law, based on your delivery address.
Shipping fees (and any optional services, if available) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
8. Order Tracking & Delivery
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
Your tracking number (if available)
The carrier's name
A link or instructions to track your shipment online
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
Please check with other members of your household or building management.
Look around the delivery location for any notice or safe-drop placement.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.
If a package is returned to us due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address, or
Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
Refusal to accept the parcel
we may:
Refund the product price minus original shipping costs (and minus any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier), or
Offer to reship the order, with the customer being responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We will communicate available options once we receive the returned package.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders soon after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel an order:

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered the packing or shipping process.
If your order has already shipped, you may be able to make changes by following our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays or errors
Weather conditions or natural events
Public holidays
Labor disputes or transportation disruptions
We will, however, do our best to support you in working with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.
