You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return :

Items must be in new, unused condition, free from significant signs of wear, stains, or damage.

For kitchen and dining items, products must not have been used to prepare or serve food, and must not show evidence of having been washed or placed in a dishwasher/oven (where applicable).

We may reduce the amount of your refund or decline the return if items are returned in a condition that prevents us from reselling them at full value.

Used, heavily worn, or damaged items

Gift cards or e-gift cards

Custom or personalized items, where the customization is correct as ordered

Certain hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used (for example, items that come into close and repeated contact with food or skin, where clearly identified as non-returnable for hygiene reasons)

5. Returning Large or Oversized Items

For larger or oversized items (such as certain storage pieces or small furniture):

We may recommend or require specific packaging or shipping methods to ensure safe transport.

Return shipping costs may be higher than standard parcels due to size and weight.

We will provide instructions and, where possible, a prepaid label or recommended carrier option.

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
